 Carlton Brookes is currently working with a leading UK Logistics organisation who are recruiting for a payroll/ Accounts Administrator due to growth.

 

Duties include

·        Receiving, sorting and checking incoming purchase invoices in order to forward to HO within a timely manner

·        Checking POD’s received from our drivers and subcontractors and reconciling to one of our in-house IT systems

·        Checking weekly timesheets/drivers expenses and summarising the information to send to the payroll department at HO

·        Speaking with suppliers to resolve any queries

·        Checking Self Billing Invoices received from customers for completeness and accuracy

·        Raising sales invoices

·        Processing petty cash reconciliation
