Carlton Brookes is currently working with a leading UK Logistics organisation who are recruiting for a purchase ledger clerk due to growth.

 

Duties include

·        Scanning, coding & processing of purchase invoices within new ERP system (Epicor)

·        Assisting in the transition on to ERP system from previous Sage 50 accounts software

·        Filing, scanning and emailing documents

·        Liaising with Suppliers to resolve invoice queries

·        Performing supplier statement reconciliations

·        Creation of monthly payment runs

·        Ensure authorisation procedures for purchase invoices are followed

·        Distributing post received into the finance department to the appropriate individuals

·        Assist other members of the team where possible

·        Other Accounting and administration duties as required
