Working in partnership with an excellent company who are looking to recruit an L&D Manager who has previous experience within a similar role, enjoys training and ideally experience in sales background.

The role will include:

  • Creating and delivering bespoke training to improve company expectation and processes
  • Reviewing processes and procedures with the sales teams to identify any improvement needed
  • Managing employee enrolment for training and schedule sessions and organise any resources to enable training programmes
  • Working closely with employees to ensure training objectives achieved
  • Monitoring and improving current training programmes
  • Carrying out induction programmes for new starters
  • Assisting management team with identifying areas for development

Offering competitive salary of £35 - £50k dependent on experience
