We are excited to be working with an excellent global business who are recruiting for an HR Business Partner to focus on the EMEA side of the business. You will be working closely with Senior Managers, stakeholders and Global heads of countries. This is a fantastic time to join the business for someone who has previous experience within a European business.

With approx. 450 employees across the European function, the role will be working with the group in France/Poland/Germany to name a few to align the business in various countries, so previous experience within these would be essential. Foreign Language skills are not necessary for the role.

You will be heading up various projects to drive the business strategically and operationally including

  • Supporting EMEA HR leadership team in the planning, design, due diligence, change management, and implementation of strategic business objectives
  • Supporting ER issues to ensure they are dealt with positively and affectively, liaising with lawyers and local businesses to deal with key issues
  • Dealing with Senior level exits and understanding complexity surrounding these.
  • Ensuring consistency across all countries and Head of Groups
  • Facilitate and manage internal mobility working
  • Diversity and inclusion
  • Assisting with the rolling out of new HR system
  • Building on the current Talent Acquisition and Learning and development
  • Change management
