We are excited to be partnering with a media business that is prominent around the world, who are looking to get an HR Advisor started ASAP in a 6 - 9 month contract within a busy environment.

This is a pivotal role, joining a fast paced HR team to support the business achieving its goals and excellent performance, developing strategies and supporting change management initiatives and practices to enable the business to continue moving forward positively.

Duties include

  • First point of contact within HR advising and supporting employees
  • Managing and administering HR processes
  • Managing the onboarding process from initial recruitment through to staff inductions and contracts
  • Dealing with employee relations case work and meetings within the necessary employment law legislation
  • Advising and obtaining visas for employees travelling as well as renewals when appropriate
  • Supporting employees with maternity leave
  • Assisting with organising COVID testing services when necessary
  • Supporting Head of HR with company policies and procedure communications and updates
  • Undertake projects that support the company’s aims and objectives or improve the effectiveness of HR.
  • Updating HRIS, ensuring up to date
  • Producing data reports from HRIS for the leadership team

Key Skills:

  • CIPD Qualified
  • Previous experience within HR Advisor position
  • Experience of working within Media/Sales/ Commercial business is ideal


  • Salary £38 - £40k per annum
