We are partnering with an excellent company who are looking for an HR Advisor to work within their busy HR team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The role will be providing HR advice to managers and employees relating to ER cases, enabling staff to resolve people management issues that may arise. The role will also be supporting the development and delivery of HR objectives and new HR projects and initiatives. This is a hybrid opportunity.

Responsibilities include:

  • Being the first point of contact for HR advise and support to managers and analysing problems to find solutions
  • Providing advice and support to inform decision making and achieve resolutions to employee relation matters
  • Acting as coordinator with HR for Employment Tribunal claims to support legal teams
  • Ensuring fair and consistent decision making when advising on areas of concern
  • Liaising with relevant external parties to arrange referrals and case reviews
  • Supporting change management
  • Managing and producing relevant paperwork and documentation
  • Advising managers on policies and procedures throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Assisting with development of HR policies and processes according to best practice
  • Identifying ways of streamlining processes
  • Ensuring HR Systems and employee details up to date with the payroll team
  • Supporting accurate recording of payroll information and producing key reports
  • Supporting with development and delivery of HR training initiatives

On offer:
